Camping Saint Malo

Saint Malo, the corsair city, inly 15 kms from the campsite.

Once past Pointe du Grouin, head for the coastal road that leads you to Saint Malo : headlands (le Meinga, la Varde), long white sandy beaches (Le Verger, Les Chevrets,…), wild or fortified islands (ïle Besnard, Du Guesclin,…), discreet, sheltered coves (Le Petit Port, le Nicet,…) the Emerald coastline and its breathtaking landscapes.

You can reach Saint Malo Intra-Muros via Rothéneuf and admire the famous 3km stretch of sandy beach on the way ! Then enjoy an amazing walk along the ramparts (1754 metres long).
Intra-muros, or « behind the walls », you will find quaint cobbled streets, shops by the dozen and an intereting choice of restaurants and crêperies.

MY SUGGESTION : cité d’Aleth, Saint-Servan, Tour Solidor and la Briantais, the stunning view over Dinard and the Rance flood barrier. For lunch, I recommend the Bistrot de Solidor.

IDEA : the indoor markets in Paramé, Rocabey and Saint-Servan boasting numerous stalls of local producers selling fresh local products.
