In the 2-bedroom version, the Taos residences can accommodate up to 4 people. Composed of a parental suite with a 160×200 bed and a bathroom and separate toilet, a second bedroom with 2 beds side by side also with a bathroom and toilet, it is the ideal accommodation for a stay for 2 couples.

The Taos 3 bedroom and Key West 3 bedroom residences are suitable for large families and have 6 beds

One bedroom with two 80×190 beds side by side and one bedroom with 80×190 bunk beds: these two bedrooms have a second bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

The living room has a sitting area with TV and a kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a 4-burner hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a barbecue. With 35 m² and 38 m², our Prestige residences will seduce you with their space and the numerous storage spaces.
On the large terrace, you will enjoy the garden furniture and deckchairs for lounging but especially the private spa for 4 people, in which you can relax after your days of walking on the Emerald Coast. A place for a vehicle is provided near the accommodation.

• The availability of the hot tub on arrival depends on the treatment of the water and the time it takes to heat it up. If a water change is required between rentals, we cannot guarantee hot water on arrival.
• You will be able to use the spa only after having seen the instructions for use with the technician.

• In the event of non-compliance with these, you will be held responsible.
• It is formally forbidden to jump or to behave in a way that could harm the proper functioning of the equipment made available to you.
• In order to maintain a pleasant temperature, it is important to close the spa after each use.

• Water is a sensitive environment which, in order to guarantee its good quality, requires strict hygiene. The soapy shower of the body and hair before each use is, therefore, mandatory before each bath.
• Sunscreen or self-tanning creams are prohibited before using the spa.
• The technical service authorizes itself to empty the spas if the quality of the water is degraded by negligent use.

• Children under 7 years of age are not permitted.
• Minors are not allowed to activate the spa functions; use by minors is the responsibility of the adults present.
